Not the best apartment but a good location
Pros
The location is convenient for trains although it can be very loud on the corner
Cons
- Broken drafty windows so the building has trouble with temperature control, heating can be around $300 a month in the winter - Owner has failed to provide an exterminator despite mice and German roaches being found in the building - The building smells particularly fishy in the afternoon in the summer because of the restaurant downstairs - Owner increased the rent almost 50%
