    Fantastic building at the center of BK
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Living on the forth floor means no street noise despite living above noisy Flatbush Ave. incredibly spacious apt, a rarity in NYC, also provided a perfect escape from the city.
    Cons:
    No washer and dryer.

    Great building with incredibly responsive landlords.

    Landlords are very responsive.
    Cons:
    Long staircases, but worth it. No central AC.
    Advice to owner:
    Landlords did an excellent job.
