    No working heat or garbage

    Pros:
    The neighbors are very nice. Close to subways
    Cons:
    Heat doesn’t work and there is no garbage maitenance. Management ignores you and won’t resolve any issues

    Cons:
    Flatbush is very noisy; right above two VERY loud bars; no AC; no designated garbage area
