Well Maintained Building

Pros

Great super who works very hard and keeps the building very clean . The amenities are great and building has a great view of NYC. The building is relatively quiet despite being right on Fulton st.

Cons

Being right on Fulton St can be a lot. There is often trash that blows down the street the day after it’s picked up. Once you get off Fulton, the neighborhoods are nice to walk through and there are some good local bars and coffee shops.

- management is not too difficult to work with, sometimes slow but not outrageously so - new building, thus far things are holding up

Cons

- location is at a very busy intersection, very loud if you unit faces Fulton

Advice to the owners

More tenants would stay is rent was more affordable and in-line with the area
