Great location, quiet, good space for the price
Completely unresponsive landlord, implements cheap fixes for long term problems only after repeat complaints (often months), borderline impossible to speak with (aggressive, constantly talks over, rambling, does not listen), hallways look like a hoarders home with garbage everywhere. Cheap appliances. Worst landlord I have ever had
