The neighbors are super friendly and the landlords are great too. Everyone in the building coordinates to make sure everything is working well. Never want to leave this place.
The street gets busy and loud during the day. The building is also old so the floors creak quite a bit, and the heat doesn’t get super warm.
Update the heating system and fix some of the floors
