Pretty apartment but pest problem

Pros

Location was great. It’s a very pretty apartment with the brick walls, 2 fireplaces, and the views

Cons

Waterbugs constantly no matter how many pest control visits. The heat in the bedroom was very hot but freezing in the living room. When it was very windy out, the heat would go out. Floors are slanted. Shower head was in a weird place.

Better pest control - stop storing garbage in hallway - more responsible property manager
