Beautiful location, amazing and friendly staff, not a single pest sighting in 3 years of living here

Cons

Many new appliances shoddily constructed and breaking, construction nearby, some neighbors are really strange lol

The building flooded, don't move here

Pros

Nice views. Doorman is very nice. In a quiet neighborhood. There are a couple of great pizzerias nearby.

The building's basement flooded during the heavy rains on September 30. All the stuff in the resident storage lockers has presumably been destroyed, although they won't let us down there to check.
