I Genuinely Love This Place

Pros

Kind, responsive, attentive landlords. Family-owned building, fair rent prices.

Cons

Street noise from Fifth Ave since this building is essentially on the corner. Units are better for couples as one bedroom is half the size of the other (and all units are virtually the same layout).
