Responsive Landlord - Stairs will never be fixed

Pros

Landlord responsive always helpful and willing to chat. Does like to have a single point of contact so if living with roommates make sure you have one. Always does what he says he will do.

Cons

Stairs are awful realtor told us they were getting replaced never did. I still hear the realtor say that but never been told by landlord so assume its just a classic realtor lie.

Good soundproofing between the units Lots of natural light Next to tons of good restaurants and stores

Cons

Heat is unable to be controlled by tenants Landlord is often out of town, and prefers to do most of the work by himself On a very loud street with terribly insulated windows Very old appliances
