Good building, bad management

Pros:
Cleanliness (the cleaning guy comes every week and is super nice), quiet, good location, spacious unit.
Cons:
Packages repeatedly got stolen and management couldn't care less; neighbors would use our private rooftop, mess up our furniture, steal our belongings, and management couldn't care less; AC would stop working every other month and management couldn't care less.

For instance, on the hottest day of the year (93º F), the management couldn't be bothered to answer their phones to help fix our AC unit.

Their communication skills and attentiveness to the needs of their tenants leaves a lot to be desired. Know what you're getting yourself into.
Advice to owner:
All we ask is that you do your job, nothing more. We pay our rent on time and take care of the apartment as if it were our own, but we don't feel the same level of compassion from you.
