    Massive roach infestation, landlord intimidation

    Pros:
    Always felt safe from intruders.
    Cons:
    Massive roach problem that landlord denies and says are just water bugs, landlord is rude and threatening, I was very scared of him. Building is never cleaned, nothing is ever fixed unless it is a huge hazard. One of my roommates got a text from the landlord full of profanities and threats when they were loud coming in one night. Even vacuuming the floor warrants a mean text from the landlord about the noise (he lives below the second floor until).
    Advice to owner:
    Get rid of the roaches and be understanding when there is noise.
