Before they evicted me, it was a good place to live
Pros
Nice space, beautiful neighborhood, the other tenants in the building were very friendly.
Cons
After living in the apartment for years and never missing a rent payment or having any complaints from my neighbors, the landlords evicted me with no warning. They gave me an excuse about their retired parents moving in, but ended up putting the apartment back on the market for a nearly 60% rent increase. Don't trust them. Most winter days, the landlords keep the apartment in the mid 60ºs, below the legal requirement. The smaller bedroom has no heat at all.
