Great neighborhood, friendly neighbors, generally well-kept prewar building.
It’s an old building so inevitably has some repairs issues. Management is responsive but too hands-off. Completely ignore some complaints. Some walls are new and don’t block noise from neighbors at all. Garbage isn’t handled well, rats all over trash at night.
