Nice building in ok location

Pros:
Nice finishes and gym with responsive management
Cons:
Limited investment in infrastructure and a lot of noise from Atlantic Avenue

Leverage the basement

Solid building with not much to complain about

Pros:
- Neighbors are very friendly and nice
- Super comes pretty quickly
- Generally kept clean
- Hot water is always consistent
- Neighborhood itself is okay but it's situated away from the business yet not too far from the train station

- We used to have fruit flies for months in the warmer months
- Right at a big intersection so at night it can be noisy with siren and traffic
- The balcony at is not very useful because again, at the intersection so it's very dusty and non-private
- Energy bill is very high in winter months because it's very cold inside the apartment
- Sometimes the gym is very dusty for days
- The super doesn't seem very well supported, ie. there are parts that he said he hasn't been able to order for months to fix our cabinet door
- The fix doesn't always fix things, ie. our toilet has been overflowing occasionally even after the fix
- Management takes very long to reply to emails
