High Potential Hampered by Aggressive Management

Fantastic location, vastly spacious, delightful architectural detailing, hard wood floors, great light in front and back of house.
Cons
Management (by the name of Sam) made the apartment untenable. Refused to address both a roach and mice problem and left tenants to deal with it alone. After a significant rain storm, the roof began leaking in the kitchen, which management took over a month to fix. When tenants asked management to comply with rental law, management harassed tenants into leaving stating "You won't be happy here. In the winter when it's cold and I don't turn the heat on, I don't want you calling to complain every day."
Advice to the owners
Get a new management company.

The was truly one of the best living experiences I’ve had in an apartment complex. I loved the backyard it is spacious and was great for having people over and spending time with family and friends. such a great addition to the apartment!
