    Not great- better options out there

    Pros:
    Great location next to a park, subway, and grocery stores
    Cons:
    -over priced
    -appliances don’t work
    -unresponsive landlord
    -didn’t have heat for almost 3 months
    -bug issues- ants, ladybugs, silverfish
    -laundry in basement breaks
    -cabinets are literally falling out of the wall
    -floorboards were not properly placed
    -issues with mice
    -next to a preschool so constant children screaming
    -illegally raises rent ie refer to the recently passed good cause eviction law.
    -people steal packages
    Advice to owner:
    Get it together- this might be an investment to you but it’s a home to your tenants. Take care of your asset.

    Loved living hear despite it being very expensive

    Pros:
    Neighbors! Everyone was so nice and no one was loud. Lots of families or single young professionals. Never had an issue.

    I would have lived her longer but then increased the rent more and I could find a larger apartment for the price.
    Cons:
    Very expensive

    A little difficult to reach the super, but he was quick to fix issues so I didn’t mind.
    Advice to owner:
    Clean the entrance and building more.
