Solid Place To Live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management would fix things when it came up within a few days or week. Didn't raise rent more than 50/year when resigning.

Didn't blast the heat in the winter, no pest problem, a few roaches here in there but its nyc.

They were respectful landlords and didn't try to cheap out when something came up.
Cons:
Management changed a few times.
Advice to owner:
Keep doing what your doing :)
