Lovely neighbors on the block; spacious; great light

Cons

Landlords own and live in the building, which I thought would be a pro, but it's turned out to be a curse. They refuse to fix the heat or holes in the floors. Instead of trying to comply with their minimal legal responsibilities, they threaten and harass tenants--and go so far as to outsource harassment. Stay away from these people, no matter how charming or lovely the apartment seems. It's not worth your mental and physical health.
