Cheap owner's shoddy repairs

Original wood floors old. building in good location Tall ceilings large rooms
Cons:
Hallway and vestibule need painting and consistent vacuuming it's like a haunted house Interior units maintenance is poorly done cheap or used replacement parts. Most of the units look like they are held together with masking tape Any renovation is done with toxic cheap material

Vacuum first floor states and second floor weekly. Allow the use of backyard ll
