    Great building in a great location

    Responsive management, beautiful street in park slope near the park
    Cons:
    Rodent problem we had to resolve on our own

    Newly renovated, friendly neighbors, shared garden outside, storage, great location
    Cons:
    Heat is a little tough to manage but not that different from your average NYC apartment
    Advice to owner:
    Keep doing what you’re doing!
