Renters approve of the building's owners
private owner who was very responsive and clearly cares for his building. apartment was well maintained. location was incredible, very close to almost every subway line possible, fort greene park, amazing restaurants, whole foods / trader joe’s, etc.
heat was not included in rent and apartment would get very cold due to large windows. rent was only collected via physical check.
