    Brown stone character
    Cons:
    Landlord is lazy and does bare minimum.
    Advice to owner:
    Enforce cleanliness in communal space and fix the heat

    Great area, safe, walkable to anywhere
    Cons:
    Poorly maintained unit. Requires several fixes. Bad toilets, no heat, pests in walls.
