Nothing. That’s why we moved.
Cons:
The owners are terrible. Tried to evict us because we asked them to repair the roof that leaked in the whole apartment and the intercom (never worked in the years we lived there). Owner refused to repair it for “security” concerns. We had to throw our keys down to guests. Took us to court and lost.
Advice to owner:
Be better.
