Good starter apartment... but you'll feel like a guest.
Pros
Great location. Everything is close. The street has no houses on the other side, so it's a very calm place to live. The apartment has many rooms in it (Even if small) which makes it nice to find your own space.
Cons
The landlords treat you somewhat like a guest in their home. Which is understandable - the first floor owners all grew up in the house in the 60s, 70s and 80s. So, they're a bit more demanding with how you live -- so you have to do it as they like. Which really isn't fair, but it is what it is. We also saw a good amount of pests such as mice and roaches.
Advice to the owners
Tenants are making a home there just as it was one time your home. Please let them make it their own place.
