    Solid building, but has some annoying quirks

    Pros:
    All apartments are corner units and you can hear any of your neighbors.
    Great location away from the annoying part of WB.
    Great roof and courtyard area for dogs
    Spacious 1BR apartments with great windows
    Cons:
    Hotel box AC units that are horrible and the replacement units are even worse.
    Sugar ants in the summer, no pest control
    Maintenance tickets often get ignored
    Advice to owner:
    Please find a solution to AC units and maintenance delays. Management firm is also not responsive.
