Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Tenants appreciate 363 5 Avenue for its cleanliness, responsive and respectful landlord, and well-maintained prewar charm with modern renovations. The building features strong water pressure, reliable heating, and good pest control. Neighbors are generally friendly, contributing to a positive community vibe, although the noise can be higher due to a lively bar on the ground floor. Convenient location near transit, Prospect Park, and neighborhood amenities is a key benefit. Some drawbacks include limited storage space, lack of in-unit laundry, occasional noise from bar patrons, and limited accessibility due to it being a walk-up. Residents encourage more regular building maintenance and better hallways tidiness.

Very well managed
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, landlords response time, cleanliness, apartment has been recently renovated, new appliances, everything is within walking distance.
Cons:
The apartments don't have a washer/dryer so I have to go to a nearby Laundromat. They are a 2 minute walk from the building and also pick up and deliver (although i like to do my own laundry). There is a bar on the ground floor and on special events it gets busy. Some of a patrons loiter outside when the bar is packed. Owner of the bar invites tenants on those special occasions.
Advice to owner:
Some tenants leave their shoes in the hallways and should be removed to give the building a much cleaner look.
