Okay Building, Awful Management

Soooo much natural light Laundry in-unit GREAT location (Honestly makes up for all of the cons in my opinion. Great sense of community and really active and safe area) Updated features
Cons:
Way overpriced rent Super only speaks Spanish Maintenance company is lowkey not good Small bedrooms Fixing appliances can be a hassle, but PM is fairly responsive
