    Okay Building, Awful Management

    Pros:
    Decent location, good neighbors, basic necessities (hot water, heat) are generally reliable
    Cons:
    Management company is disorganized, hard to communicate with, and slow to address maintenance requests.
    Advice to owner:
    Prioritize people over profit; a rental property is someone's home, not just an asset.

    Soooo much natural light
    Laundry in-unit
    GREAT location (Honestly makes up for all of the cons in my opinion. Great sense of community and really active and safe area)

    Maintenance company is lowkey not good
    Small bedrooms
