Landlord from Hell

Pros

The neighbors in the building were friendly and looked out for one another.

Cons

Mice everywhere. Landlord never did anything about it even when contacted. Bathroom was disgusting. Nothing was ever fixed. All he cared about was the garbage outside and the recycling. Typical greedy landlord who made you bring him the rent check to his nice property on 6th Ave while you were struggling to survive in your shitty apartment with mice. There’s also a shared yard he never cleaned.

Don’t be a landlord.
