Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Tenant reviews for 316 6 Street reveal a building with a great location in Park Slope and a friendly community environment. Many appreciate the remodeled units and efficient management, noting prompt responses to maintenance issues such as water leaks. However, several tenants mention persistent challenges including high heating costs without individual control, occasional pest sightings, and some infrastructure wear like leaking ceilings. Smoking in hallways and neighbors' habits are cited as nuisances by some residents. Overall, the building offers good value for the area but could benefit from improved infrastructure upgrades and stricter enforcement of no-smoking policies to enhance living comfort.
