Odd experience living here
Pros
- outdoor space that landlord does not use
Cons
- had serious ant problem (electrical sockets, every room every window they came in. Landlord denied seriousness of issue) - dog poop outside bed room window (landlord did resolve this) - trash trucks near by use this street for route when going out at early morning hours, so it is very noisy - landlord lived upstairs, came home late at night and was very loud right above the only place to put bed
