Absolutely none. Location, maybe.
Terrible landlord. Heat was off nearly an entire winter. Landlord suggested helpfully, “put some towels to deal with the drafts.” Reported to 311 after 2.5 *months* of no heat and she served me eviction notice. Was happy to break the lease and gtfo.
Karma’s not fun, this stuff will catch up with you even in NYC.
