nice neighbors, great neighborhood, decent price
Cons:
heat sucked, bad electricity, hard to get someone to come quick most of the time

Extremely responsive management—willing to help and want to take preventative action, aren’t just there when something goes wrong

It’s an older building so there are cons that come along with that, but not unique to this building
