Might transfer to a different owner soon. The apartments are really large— huge living area. The location is top notch. Amazing exposed brick walls. Great location.
Right off of 7th so it gets a bit noisy. Also poorly ventilated and has some plumbing issues— the sink water pressure is v low for instance
