    Overall great place!

    Pros:
    This is a modern, clean building. It has truly funky common area decor (strange portraits of mysterious ladies), but all the neighbors are kind and quiet. Problems we have had have been resolved very quickly by a responsive management team. 3rd Ave is busy but the windows are the real deal, and the amenities (A/C, electric stove, separate heater in bathroom) are super nice. Incredible roof.
    Cons:
    Only one washer/dryer and you have to pay for it. Can make for frustrating laundry days.
    Advice to owner:
    One more washer/dryer?
