Craziest Landlord (Mateo) I’ve ever dealt with
Pros
Units are affordable but comes with a cost
Cons
Landlord is an alcoholic and is unable to conduct the most basic tasks to maintain the building. There is a huge leak in the units and has never been fixed The property’s trash receptacle started smelling like something died inside and the property started to attract roaches and rodents. Worst of all, the landlord will sometimes go into the unit without your permission.
