Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 302 10 Street highlight its excellent location and generally clean and renovated units. Tenants appreciate the responsive and kind super, as well as effective garbage management and access to a bike-friendly courtyard. However, persistent pest issues, particularly roaches and occasional mice, detract from the experience. Heating can be unpredictable or uncomfortable, especially with radiators, and some apartments feature cheaply installed appliances prone to frequent repairs. Noise levels and neighbor relations vary, with some reporting unpleasant tenants. Management communication is often slow or difficult, impacting timely problem resolution. Overall, the building suits those valuing location but may require patience with maintenance and pest concerns.
