Renters approve of the building's owners
On 5th Avenue. Very safe community with lots of shops and eateries. Large living room, a master bedroom and 2 somewhat small rooms. Good counter top space. In unit washer and dryer
Walk up. No elevator. No chute for trash. On 5th Avenue so very noisy street - an Ambulance passes at least every hour. There are mice unfortunately.
Holes in the walls that the mice hide in need to be patched and traps set.
