The landlord of this building is absolutely dispicable. They are so cheap that when you move out, they do not pay for cleaning or repainting the apartment. They try to make you scrub every corner and complain if its not spotless by the time you move out. They are simply money hungry old people who have one foot in the grave. Get ready for the uber helicopters constantly flying over this building about 50 times a day. You will know!! downstairs, you have loud french bar owners who blast music every single night.
