I like the location, the building looks well taken care of and clean. Everything (paying, contacting maintenance...etc) is done through a portal and it's a very easy and straightforward process. The bedrooms that look out into the interior are quiet, the other one to the street could get a little noisy but honestly not bad at all. Beautiful exposed brick wall throughout. In the time I lived there I didn't see a single roach.
Cons:
The very high price increase every time you renew the lease.
Advice to owner:
Maybe better washer/drier combo. The drier doesn't dry that well.
