Garden unit in an owner-occupied home if you like that. The bedroom was very quiet.
Cons:
This unit may never come up for rent again, but if it does. After living there for 3 years, paying on time, and being quiet and respectful tenants, the landlords tried to give us 30 days notice that they were not renewing our lease, which ended December 31. We literally got the notice on Thanksgiving weekend. They would not help with moving expenses either. Only gave extra time when we informed them of our rights. This was after they put us through six solid months of noisy, dusty renovations on all sides of our unit, because clearly they never got a home inspection and the building had major issues- structural, gas leaks, you name it. With our market rate rent we paid for some bougie projects for them too. They appear nice on the surface but they only see their tenants as a cash cow to fund their bougie lifestyle. Beware.
