Pretty decent for prices

Pros:
Landlord is responsive, building itself is always clean, neighbors are very nice and quiet, roof access is a pro
Cons:
Some things are run down, mold in bathroom, not in the best shape

Good Location, Ok Building

Pros:
Pros are the rent is reasonable, the location is great, door buzzer does work, roof access with a fantastic view, and it's pet friendly. Also lots of windows in units with great sunlight, especially on upper floors.
Cons:
It's old and the landlord isn't super responsive. There's no super, so LL will schedule maintenance people to come by who will then not show up at the time they're supposed to. The water temperature in my bathroom was a moving target and the quality of my unit was poor, but it hadn't been vacant for a while so the LL wasn't able to do the necessary refurbishments.

Building is falling apart. Management will never fix anything ever under any circumstances.
Advice to owner:
Don’t be a scammer alum lord, you should be ashamed of yourself.
