-great neighbors -lovely neighborhood -close to prospect park
-no garbage management; the super comes to collect every once in a while. -building is in very poor condition, with floors falling apart and sinking. -“renovations” in apartment are sloppy and incomplete -overpriced
renovate the building to be safe and clean. pay for garbage removal. thank you.
