Renting here has been nothing short of a nightmare.

They consistently demonstrate blatant disregard for tenant rights, habitability standards, and basic human decency. From the start, communication has been evasive, dismissive, and hostile whenever we’ve raised legitimate concerns. Don’t be fooled by their “friendly” front desk staff — it’s like they run a gaslighting boot camp over there. Everyone starts off nice, but give it a few weeks and they’ll all be just as dismissive and deflective. The apartment has had serious habitability issues that they’ve ignored for months, despite repeated requests and legal obligations to address them.

When we and other tenants began organizing to demand repairs, the building retaliated — making the living situation even more stressful and uncomfortable. Their “solutions” are half-measures at best, and at worst, they try to shift blame back onto tenants instead of fixing the problems they created.

They thrive on neglecting tenants, ignoring complaints, and banking on you not knowing your rights. If you value your sanity, your safety, and your privacy, stay far away.

Spacious apartment with nice natural light

Lots of space in rooms and closets and bathroom. Open plan kitchen/ living. Super close to R ans B37
Cons:
On a street that’s mostly industrial. Rooftop isn’t nicely furnished. The door intercom wasn’t working for a few weeks but is now fixed.
