The street is quite and the building feels like a community

There was a water leak recently in the floor above my unit and it took a while for it to be fixed.

good trash maintenance, landlord is generally responsive even though super isn’t, reasonably priced
Cons:
roach season, super revs extremely loud motorcycle outside of building for several minutes every morning, noisy street
