Would not provide a lease. Paid cash for a year. Landlord reluctantly provided a lease a year later showing I overpaid by $558.01 per month. Landlord does not respond to issues. Garbage piles up. Roaches. The bathroom light still does not work two years later. Main entrance door lock doesn't work at times, and it takes time, pulling and turning the key to get in the building. Landlord does not post when inspections by utility companies are requested. Zero response or says "that's the way it is".
Advice to owner:
That he should not be a landlord.
