Nice Area, Terrible Landlord

Pros

Great area Good pest control Great response time.

Cons

Crooked staircase Landlord’s relative on first floor smokes and has pets when it’s not allowed. The smoke wafts up the staircase, and into the apartments around the clock. No electronic payment. Must mail cash. Agnes is very difficult to deal with and yells a lot, husband Jimmy is nice. No control over heat.

Advice to the owners

Accept electronic payment please. Don’t yell at your tenants for paying a day late. Keep Pat in check. He should not be smoking or yelling at tenants.
