Crooked staircase
Landlord’s relative on first floor smokes and has pets when it’s not allowed. The smoke wafts up the staircase, and into the apartments around the clock.
No electronic payment. Must mail cash.
Agnes is very difficult to deal with and yells a lot, husband Jimmy is nice.
No control over heat.
