    Modern, spacious, clean, gym, rooftop, pretty responsive management, great location
    Cons:
    Expensive utilities (all-electric and sub-metered, so tenant pays for everything)

    Best landlord I ever had in NYC

    The building is new, and management tries to solve all problems; they tend to be understanding of tenants' setbacks and are always open to dialogue.
    Cons:
    Even though they want to solve all problems, the employees they hire are often lazy---you have to stay on top of things.
