Great amenities. Door and all staff are friendly. Nice neighbors.

Electricity bills in winter and summer are high

Overpriced but decent

Pros

- management was good about small things, not so good if you ever had to escalate - nice building, pretty decent area - Staff is great

Cons

- The building is incredibly inefficient. Sometimes power bills ran up to $800+ - Upper levels of management could be rude bullies
