Clean, great live-in super, great neighborhood, close to subway, close to park, fair and responsive landlords
Cons:
No dogs allowed, frequent sirens, occasional package theft

Layouts of apartments have decent privacy. Many windows and courtyard for bikes.
Cons:
Lots of street noise. Not the building's fault but you can hear honking cars and blasting radios several stories up.
The streets are disgusting. So much dog poop everywhere.
